Cancellation Policy

The cost of this service is based on the information you have provided, incorrect information may result in extra costs to you. The booking is not confirmed until it has been agreed by us and a deposit has been made. Unfortunately, due to a high percentage of online booking "no shows", we now require a £20 deposit, this will be held and used against your final amount due, when your booking is complete. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as you know. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not receive a full refund.
